Our Mission
Our mission at The Growing Patch Childcare (in Weare, New Hampshire – sometimes referred to as “the Center” herein) is to provide a safe, loving, educational and fun environment.
Each child will be treated with respect and their unique needs met to learn and grow. We want your child to increase confidence and self-esteem.
We are here to make sure the transition from home to school is exciting for everyone. We are committed to supporting families and maintaining open communication while encouraging parental involvement in our activities when allowed. We strive to care for your children in a similar way that you would, to make the transition seamless.
In programming activities, we will help promote language, social, physical and cognitive development using curriculum ideas like “learning without tears”, a multi-sensory hands-on approach to keep learning fun and engaging, along with an approach to break down the basics for writing skills. We will foster growth and independence for each child, so they thrive in their atmosphere.

We are hiring!
We are looking for energetic and dedicated teachers who are willing to grow with The Growing Patch.
Childcare or life experience would be required. We will guide you through the trainings and coordinate qualifications needed per NH State licensing.
